History
All great journeys in the world, begins with one single step forward in the right direction.
It was as early as in the eighties that a young sapling
was sown by a karmayogi and a visionary Shri Ishwar
Prakash Gupta, who gave Rashtriya Advertising its
unrivaled presence in the outdoor media business.

| Those days were tough. The environment was testing. The outdoor advertising business was still in the fledgling stage. It was in the crucial hour of business odyssey that Shri Ishwar Prakash Gupta toiled, tirelessly, to turn Rashtriya Outdoor as the No. 1 out-of-home media house,as its founder Chairman and the Chief Architect.
From a humble beginning, from strength to strength, under the inspiring guidance of Shri Ishwar Prakash Gupta, Rashtriya took off diversifying from outdoor to print and electronic media business with his young and dynamic son Shri Dinesh Gupta, taking charge as the Managing Director of the enterprising world. |
| Since then, there has been no looking back. Clients like Air India, Samurai TV Games, Action Shoes, Pearl Pet, TVS Suzuki, Grover Son’s, Western Railways, Northern Railways, KRIBHCO, IFFCO, NHAI, Ghaziabad Development Authority, IRCON, Unity Builders, Aerens Group to name just a few amongst the many.
However, the turning point in the history of Rashtriya came with winning the most prestigious campaign for the BJP for the General Elections 1996 besides handling the political campaign for Shiromani Akali Dal and Shiv Sena. |

| During the BJP elections a special television program called Rashtriya Chunav Parikrama was produced for Doordarshan, which was widely appreciated and attend by some of the well known political luminaries like Shri L K Advani, Shri Jashwant Singh, Shri Pramod Mahajan, Shri Arun Jaitley, Smt Sushma Swaraj, Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav, Smt Maneka Gandhi, Shri Sharad Yadav, Shri Pranav Mukherjee besides several others.
After such a high tide numerous public sector accounts cam pouring in and one of the biggest achievement was handling the Pulse Polio Immunization Program for the Ministry of Health, Govt. of Delhi for which we have even won the Roll of Honour. We have even handled the multimedia campaigns for Ministry of Power especially for Energy Conservation Movement, the Global Depository Receipt (GDR) campaign for MTNL in London Stock Exchange, which was over subscribed over three times. Our creative ingenuity was widely applauded when we won the award from Railways for our print campaign for the Guinness Record holder – Fairy Queen for Indian Railways.
And gradually Rashtriya turned into Prabhatam Advertising as India’s only multimedia advertising house having print, electronic, outdoor and internet media under one roof. Our forays into electronic media world has witnessed a wide array of TV programs produced for Doordarshan National Network like Pragati Ke Path Par, Sakhi Saheli, Parikrama, Shakshiyat besides having marketing rights for a popular TV serial Roop Katha for Kolkata Doordarshan. We also had sole advertising rights for over eight State Roadway Network Buses and our concept of ‘Mobile ad – forever ahead’ has given us a wide applause from all directions. |
